Most small agencies run on five tools: a CRM, a scheduling app, a signing tool, a shared drive and a chat. Clients get five logins and nobody knows where the latest version lives. TANO CORE puts the whole relationship in one account: the lead, the quote, the signed contract, the appointments, the project, the files and the messages, with a client portal where your client sees exactly what you share.
We use it every day for our own clients. Features get built because we needed them on a real project, and the interface never claims something was sent when it was not.

Contact forms and questionnaires for your clients' websites, an inbox for enquiries and newsletter sign-ups with double opt-in.

Analytics for client websites that can run without cookies, plus uptime monitoring and a monthly website report.

Each client can get their own account on the platform, with their own team and permissions. You decide per account whether it carries your brand:
- Your app name, logo and brand colour
- Your favicon and app icon
- No “powered by TANO CORE” anywhere in the account
- Your sender name on emails from the platform
- Your own support contact instead of ours
- Per item, you choose whether the client account may change it or not

GDPR-first, in the product itself
A tool is not “GDPR compliant” on its own; what matters is how it handles personal data and what it lets you prove. This is what TANO CORE does:
- Hosted in Germany: TANO CORE runs on servers in Germany, so the data in your accounts stays in Germany and inside the EU.
- Separate accounts: every business has its own account, team and permissions, with data separated per account in the database.
- Terms and DPA first: an account can only process data once its owner has accepted the platform terms and a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.
- Support access you can see: our support only enters an account through a time-limited access that is logged in the account and that the owner can switch off.
- Data subject rights built in: access, erasure, restriction and retention periods are product features, not manual database work.
- Two-factor authentication for team logins.
- AI only on request: AI helpers are off until the account owner switches them on, and only work inside a fixed data boundary.

Common questions
01Is TANO CORE GDPR compliant?
No software is compliant on its own; compliance depends on how you use it. TANO CORE gives you the tools for it: hosting in Germany, an EU contract partner, a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR for every account, separated accounts, logged support access, and built-in features for access requests, erasure and retention periods.
02Where is TANO CORE hosted?
In Germany. TANO CORE runs on servers in Germany, so the contacts, contracts and files in your accounts stay in Germany and inside the EU. The contract partner is Tanomedia, a company registered in Portugal.
03Can I use TANO CORE under my own brand?
Yes. Client accounts can carry your app name, logo, brand colour and icon, without “powered by TANO CORE”, with your sender name and your own support contact.
04What does TANO CORE cost?
We do not publish a price list yet. The cost depends on the number of accounts and the set-up you need. You get a clear offer after a short call.
05Can I move my data from GoHighLevel or another CRM?
Yes, through the CSV import: export your contacts, map the columns to TANO CORE fields and import up to 10,000 rows per file. Columns TANO CORE does not know become custom fields. There is no one-click import from GoHighLevel.
06Which languages does TANO CORE support?
The interface and the client portal are available in English, German and Portuguese.
07Who is TANO CORE for?
Agencies that look after clients' websites and marketing, and service businesses that work closely with their clients, such as consultants, brokers or studios. It is not built for funnels, courses or mass campaigns.
